
All reservations for exhibit space must be accompanied by the total package amount. Allocation of requested booth space will be based upon sponsorship investment level, with space first allocated to higher-level sponsors. Allocation of booth space requested at identical sponsorship levels will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
MayFest 2026 focuses on products and services appropriate to consumers in a family-friendly environment. Perry Broadcasting of Augusta reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company, product, or service, and the right to prohibit any exhibition or product which, in its opinion, detracts from the character of the event or violates the terms and conditions of the exhibition. All materials distributed must be done so from within your assigned booth space.
Rental payment for subleasing and sharing of exhibit space is due when the contract is signed. Failure to make payment constitutes cancellation of this agreement. Perry Broadcasting of Augusta reserves the right to resell the exhibit space without notice.
Requests for cancellation or refund must be submitted in writing. Requests for refund must be received no later than April 17, 2026 (three weeks prior to the event). No requests for cancellation will be accepted and no refunds will be made after April 17, 2026. No refund shall be made to any exhibitor who fails to occupy their assigned booth space by the designated setup time. Perry Broadcasting of Augusta reserves the right to utilize unoccupied space in any manner it deems appropriate.
All vendors selling food and/or beverages must provide proof of Liability Insurance.
Exhibitors must comply with all regulations of the Augusta-Richmond County Parks & Recreation Department.
Limitations of Liability: Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Perry Broadcasting of Augusta, its employees and agents, and the Augusta-Richmond County Parks & Recreation Department from all liability arising from any cause, including accident or injury to invitees, guests, exhibitors, their agents or employees, including loss or damage to personal property, where such liability is due solely to the Exhibitor’s gross negligence.
Exhibitors and their contractors and suppliers working in the exhibit area are required to carry liability insurance. Exhibitors must operate and maintain their exhibit so that no injury will result to any individual or property. Exhibitors must make their own arrangements for insurance against theft, loss, or damage during the event. Perry Broadcasting of Augusta will provide reasonable general security but does not guarantee or accept liability for damage or loss of exhibitor property.
No exhibit or display may interfere with other exhibits by way of objectionable sounds, noise, odors, or obstructive activities. No exhibitor may distribute materials or promote their business outside of their assigned booth space, including entrances, exits, and aisles.
Displays and exhibits must maintain a professional appearance and must not present unsightliness to adjoining exhibitors. Exhibitors shall be liable for all storage, handling, or other costs incurred for failure to remove exhibits by the specified times.
Should MayFest 2026 not be held for any reason, Perry Broadcasting of Augusta’s sole liability shall be limited to a refund of exhibit fees paid by the exhibitor/sponsor.
Any services or equipment requested beyond the standard booth package will be at the exhibitor’s expense and payable to Augusta-Richmond County Parks & Recreation. The standard booth package includes one (1) 12’ x 12’ booth space. Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, water, electricity, and related equipment unless otherwise specified.
All exhibitors are responsible for their own trash and must maintain a neat and orderly appearance within their designated area at all times. Augusta-Richmond County Parks & Recreation will provide outside receptacles for trash disposal.
Perry Broadcasting of Augusta reserves the right to make reasonable changes, amendments, or additions to these terms, which shall be binding upon the exhibitor.
No water, soft drinks, or beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) may be sold during this event, as it is a family event sponsored by Coca-Cola, which holds exclusive beverage rights, unless beverages are purchased through Perry Broadcasting. A Coca-Cola truck will be onsite for the purchase of water and Coca-Cola products. An ice truck will also be onsite for ice purchases.
